Step by step Guide
We know how frustrating it can be to contact Meta Business Support — or Meta Support in general.But yes, there is a way to start a live chat! It’s just not very obvious, so we’ve put together a step-by-step guide to help you do it.
Note: You’ll need to have a business account which is easy and fast to set up.
To begin, go to Google and type “Meta Business Support” — or just go straight to: https://www.facebook.com/business/help

Click the button on the right ”Get Support”

The link will open Account Overview so you will have to choose an account related to your case you want to ask about. (Support will ask you for your business ID to make it faster anyway)

Scroll down to ”contact support” button.

Now you can write down what is the case about:
What exactly you need help with. It is better to actually copy this because when the agent logs in he will ask you about your problem again :). Also he might give you the option to call you, the call is coming from USA but it is optional and totally up to you and the agent.

Now just follow the chatbot.
You can choose either "Existing Case" (for example, if you have a restricted account and previously raised a support ticket) or "New Case" (when you're about to ask something... new 🙂).

The chatbot will give you option to which case you want to talk about, you can just write down with your own words that it is a "Different case" or such he will give you the option "Chat with agent".

Once you choose “Chat with an agent,” you can either wait in the chat or choose to be notified when an agent is available.
Note: The wait time may vary. One day, we waited an estimated 15 minutes, while another day, even though the estimated time was 20 minutes, we ended up waiting about an hour and a half.
